Who Is Terrian?
Terrian, born Terrian Bass Woods in 1996 in Memphis, is one of the rising stars of Contemporary Christian Music and Soul Gospel. Signed to Gotee Records — the label founded by TobyMac — she became the label’s first female solo artist in nearly 20 years.With a voice often compared to a blend of Lauryn Hill and CeCe Winans, Terrian brings a fresh urban soul sound to Gospel music. Nicknamed “the soul gem of CCM,” she writes deeply about healing, identity, faith, and joy.
